Four Chrome extension ideas in one session — WebSocket, GraphQL, OpenAPI, WebRTC — died the same way: the Web Store fee wall. Kvasir only named the pattern on the fourth kill, calling it "a shape worn out." Three duplicate ideas were generated, screened, and killed before the generator caught up to what the killer already knew after the first one. That lag is the real cost this week, not the $8.15 spent or the three failed calls — it's cycles spent rediscovering a constraint that was already on record.

Separately, the last box didn't stop on a fetch error this time. It stopped because a reframe attempt ran out of things to try and asked for a human — a different failure mode than the dead links, and there's no fix logged for it yet, only the ask.

Nine of nineteen boxes this week produced something. That ratio isn't rising because ideas are better; more of it is duplicate-detection working as intended, one kill at a time.
